What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1,000 pcs per style. You can combine different styles and categories in one order as long as each style meets the minimum.
Can I get samples before I order?
Yes, samples can be requested. Sample cost and shipping terms are confirmed in your quote, and we recommend approving a sample as the standard before production.
What are your lead times?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity, season and any customization, so we give it on request for each quote. Seasonal and custom orders need more time; see our guide to MOQ and lead times.
How is pricing quoted?
Prices are FOB India and provided on request. There is no public price list because pricing depends on style, quantity, size and colors.
How are products packed?
Packing is arranged per order. Tell us if you need retail packaging, labels or specific carton markings, and we will confirm carton details with your quote.
What compliance or product documents can you provide?
Tell us the product and the market you sell in, and we will let you know which documents we can provide. Requirements differ by product and retailer, so please confirm them with your customs broker or compliance advisor.
Do you offer private label or custom sizes and colors?
Yes, on request. Customization can include labels, packaging, sizes and colors. See our private label guide for how it works and what to prepare.
Which shipping terms do you use?
Our pricing basis is FOB India. Goods ship from India. Delivery is free on orders above 10,000 pcs per style; the exact scope of delivery is confirmed in your quote.
Do you sell to individual consumers?
No. We sell wholesale to retailers, importers, distributors, boutique hotels, designers and other businesses.
What are your payment terms?
We ask for a 30% advance. The balance is paid when the goods ship from India.
